description: Stocksdale / Walnut Woods are an evolving trail system that was initially opened in June of 2008. There are currently approximately 3 miles of trails. There should be five miles of trail open in the spring of 2009, with plans for ultimately 8 miles of trail. Stocksdale currently has primarily beginner with some intermediate trails. Currently development will include some more difficult trail. That said, the existing trail does involve a fairly vigorous aerobic workout.
